“Why you?”, You ask?

Well, According to the W.H.O. (World Health Organization), “gluten-free” means anything that had less than 100 parts of gluten per million. The Italian government, deeming it insufficient, went a step further, and forced manufacturers that wanted to be certified as “gluten-free” to guarantee… 20ppm! And our suppliers, you ask? Well, they draw the line at 5ppm! That‘s the kind of quality you simply can‘t get anywhere else, and we‘re proud of that!
